OBD1 scanner didn’t show any codes. As far as the rest mentioned, I do not have the mechanical ability to do so.

Yes unfortunately I bought it this way. I did the paper clip trick as well as had an OBD1 on it but nothing.

The fuel pump does prime yes, I haven't checked to see if I still get pressure while cranking as most of the time I am working solo however I did run 12v to the jumper by the brake booster to ensure...

That's what I thought but I just replaced the entire distributor last night. Probably didn't have to because the one I pulled out looked fairly new so the previous owner must have been throwing parts...

I will try checking the ICM and possibly replace it Would a bad ICM cause the ECM not to ground out the injector harness? Also, where would I find this ICM?

I checked the fuse panel and with the key 3/4 over I’ve got power. Checking the injector harness I’ve got power at both female ends inside the plug.

I tried that and the passenger side fan kicked on. Tried again then the driver’s side fan kicked on. Replaced the coolant sensor and still got nothing, I didn’t use any Teflon either
