Everything flickers the same with engine off and engine running also the speed of the flickering doesn't change when accelerating.

Headlights, interior lights, gauge lights, all my lights are flickering. Installed a new battery and did not fix the problem. Positive and negative cables are clean aswell. Ground issue? Any ideas,...

oh crap stupid me. It's a 1985 pontiac firebird. Also the radio, temp gauge, volt meter, and oil pressure gauge are aftermarket. Meaning I bought the three in a row gauges and mounted them somewhere...
