The answer would be the same then as it is now....yes. Ha ha. You would have to have the engine balanced but it's a straight forward swap provided that your 4.8 rods are press fit and your LS1...

Yes. Some minor clearancing. Removing some internal bracing on steel covers. Some easy grinding needed on aluminum covers.

Do your heads have screw-in studs? You need screw-in studs so you can mount the pushrod guide plates. See photo. If your heads have pressed in studs, they will not work.

Hard to say without the builder divulging what mods were used in the 332...such as cam specs, porting data, etc.
