was able to snap some pics. I believe this kit came with a few small crush washers but I can only find two of them. I'ms ure they can be replaced at any hardware store.

Jet Fan Switch Part #60600 - NIB - $35 shipped

Have a NIB Jet fan switch 60600 that I found in the garage. Never installed. I believe it turns the fan on at 195 degrees and off at 185 if I'm not mistaken. 35 shipped to your door.
