A quick check is to run the engine for a few min to build up vacuum in the booster. Rev the engine a few times will help to get the maximum vacuum. Then shut off the engine. Wait 5 min or so and...

Resistance measurements only tell you the condition of the windings without load. It won't tell you if it is flowing...

I removed them. The glue was all dried up and they came off pretty easy. It was much easier than masking the whole glass. I just used a semi gloss black.

If in fact you really have 0% compression. (Not anything at all on the guage) there is almost a 0% chance its a cylinder sealing problem. Very likely a valve sealing issue as others have said.

Just be aware, adding more spring rate in the rear will increase oversteer. Also adding more rear sway bar will do the same but to a much lesser degree.

Oops, this is actually a page from a TPI car.
It should be pretty similar except for the ecm pin numbers and maybe wire colors, but you already know them it sounds like.
