Not Doubting you but this trans isn't a "E" (4L60E) trans these are its casting #'s 8676358 and suffix code #'s are 2FTM098H.

I found from another forum the ECM has nothing to do with the TCC lockup and its controlled by vacuum. Now I'm confused.:doh:
