Right now they're at roughly the stock depth in the block, (.025) Obviously when the heads come off I'll actually measure the volume exactly and adjust accordingly but using everyone else's findings...

ECM doesn't update as fast as modern ones so it only updates a few times a second. but even when it acts up I don't see anything that is glaringly obvious. The resolution may not be enough to catch...

BLM stays around 120 when you're really on it.

O2 readout stays a relatively smooth sinewave with the tip in flatlines you'd expect when you first stomp it.

Distributor has a new mag pickup, condenser, gear endplay shimed. Everything on the distributor is new except for the housing and shaft. No measurable play side to side.

Bosch D3 22lb injectors. Only modifications are smog pump deleted, cats deleted and hooker aero chamber exhaust.

Yes they are Bosch-III’s. Ill look into tuning, i am pretty sure that, that is what the issue is.

Same injectors went back in, filters were changed. Plugs and wires last spring as well and cap & rotor. I’ll check the fuel pressure and timing if that is the case.

Sounds like injectors seizing up. Did you pull the air cleaner off while it was running and take a look at them? Try looking up the ohms that they should be properly running at and test them to see...

All Acdelco, i used dielectric grease on all the wires. Ill check for a burned wire in the morning but I doubt it, i spent 30 minutes routing the new wires to make sure they didn't touch anything.

I just took the Smog pump out of my 89 GTA (TPI 350), car runs perfectly fine aside from when the AC is on, the compressor makes a knocking sound. I would assume it is a bearing inside the compressor...

Definitely the ICM, my coil had spark but got no spark after the distributor, replaced the ICM and the car cranked a bit and started right up.
