The right rear floor section where the trailing arm bolts up has seperated , allowing the axle to move forwards n backwards. The car has been removed from road duty for everyones sake.

thanks everyone for the help. Turns out it was the solenoid on the starter. It had power to both terminals with the key turnred. i whacked the solenoid and the starter engaged. replaced starter. im...

Have cross member unbolted and tranny unbolted and out of the way now. Welding steel replacement where crossmember attaches in it here shortly. Rest of the frame is fine

I have a 91 z28 305tpi T5 and t tops I bought 3 weeks ago. I put a jack under the subframe where the bar under the transmission is and it crushed the subframe. The floor pans and frame is rusted....

Put a jack under my 91 z28 that ive had for 3 weeks and the rail fell through and crushed because of rust. What is my best bet with reinforcing or replacing the subframe? Thanks.
