I have 6500 in the whole car. Everyone that I talk to or that has come up to me loves this car and color choice. I've only had one older gentleman say I should of left it the original white and tan....

How is it not in good condition? Its a rust free with new paint and ok interior. The engine bay could use some work but other than that its an awesome car.

I took off the distributor cap and turned the car over and the rotor was spinning

It was the coil dropped in a different coil from my dads camaro and it fired right up thanks for the help. =D

If its a cold start about 2500 then it drops to around 2000 and after about 20 seconds I give it some gas and it drops to normal which is 850. Mines an 84 tbi so I'm not familiar with the tpi stuff....

Was on my way home from the town over. all fluid levels are ok I checked them prior to leaving my house. I was going about 60 all gauges were good and then got a loud bang it sounded like a backfire...

There is nothing wrong with your car. Mine does the same thing its called fast idle and prevents the engine from quitting. Basically used to warm the engine up in other words. However Im not sure on...
