Changed Fuel Pump..still won't turn on

After testing fuel pressure on my 87 5.0 tpi(was 15-20 psi) I decided i needed to change the fuel pump in which I did and now psi is at 40-45 psi when I crank it which is better but it still won't...

Ok so my car was Starting and running fine until i wasn't able to shift until gear so i parked it and changed my clutch master and slave cylinder and speedo cable(was bad) and i put everything back...

I changed both cylinders and now my car won't start..... i looked through the wires and i still have spark to the coil....problem after problem for me........
