Re: OER Dash Pad Alternative - has anyone tried it?

I noticed that the grille aesthetic was different than stock, more of a built-in look vs. a cover (not sure if this matches OE camaro look?). They also have a camaro version on their affiliated...

Re: OER Dash Pad Alternative - has anyone tried it?

Thanks for the quick reply y'all. mantaguy and Abubaca this is actually a full pad replacement, not a cover. I'm on my second cover and I can't stand it. Time for the real deal - but if I can spend...

OER Dash Pad Alternative - has anyone tried it?

I came across an alternative reproduction dash pad to the $$$ OER product. It's on the Ecklers website and its only 60% of the cost (390 vs 650) of the OER so I'm intrigued but also skeptical because...

Re: Will the LT1 Flywheel work on the L98?

8Mike9, just curious how the BAR regulations played out? I'm considering this swap in CO and we tend to follow CA rules (though not quite as strict for the time being).

Re: Make my 383 TPI more powerful

IROC, I wanna go fast!

But seriously, it has plenty of low end, but if I'm cruising along at 30-40 mph and gun it I'd like to feel myself being pushed back in the seat. Lot's of torque, not...

Re: Make my 383 TPI more powerful

Thanks for the replies,

I have the money for upgrades, but I don't really know where I should start. I'd like to keep it under 3k if possible. I'm certainly interested changing parts/re-tuning,...

Re: Dark oil out of 700r4??

Thank you for the reply! I replaced fluid/filter only 10,000 miles ago... so it is the ATF for certain. Hmmm I wonder what could have caused it to look so bad after such a short time?

Re: Hot days lead to engine failure, fuel pump hissing.

Yes, but maybe it has some sort of blockage in it? I can't imagine it would though as the fuel pump seems to prime just fine.

Re: Hot days lead to engine failure, fuel pump hissing.

I'd also like to add that I have an air dam in place, and new: radiator, radiator cap, hoses, water pump, thermostat and obviously fresh 50/50 coolant.
