Can anyone tell from the photo if this is the correct orientation of the grooves for a drivers side axle seal? Wondering if the PO used a passenger side seal. Thanks...

:hmmm:Thanks for the reply. Although it's good to have an answer, that means that there's no way the correct part will fit. Oh well, it's not the first time this car has defied logic. Thanks.

I replaced the relays as part of the troubleshooting but it's a possibility. I'm also dealing with a hypertech chip that may have changed the temp settings. I'm looking into DIY PROM gear to check...

Turns out the mystery wire in the pics was the power wire for fans. It had turned black but when I started pulling it was actually orange. It wasn't powering the fans though so I started messing with...

Passenger side. One on the rad mount and one on the other side of the canister.
