99-02 ls1 blue c1 connector circuit 596 pin 8

can someone tell me if pin 8 on the ls1 99-02 harness is just one single gray wire that one is missing thx for help.

ok I am going to do a 350 build for my 82 z28 I have a 880 block and 193 heads and 128 heads I am going with TPI. ok so what heads should I use 193 or 128 and what intake should I get for it and also...
