I decided to go another route and have the complete set up for sale with a stock ECU and a MOD'd ecu, fuel pump stainless lines,filter,O2,new injectors,Harness,MAF,etc...interested?...

What size is the fuel inlet and return bosses located at the end of the fuel rail next to throttle body?

I'm getting really close to crank up time..repainted the boat, rewired everything, new console and all new SW gauges....soon and we can begin data-logging..

Build the pigtail for O2 and the small plug to big plug HEI dizzy.

10-4 on the Knock sensor , I just wanted to be sure it could be in coolant passage/drain.

I can run a Murphy switch in with...

Ok so I can just swap out the plug on my melonized big cap dizzy then?

What about VSS and TQ convertor lock up? just zip tie them in the harness?

Still need to figure out those two sensors on...

I have vss plug / trans lock up plugs and no where to put them? Is that a problem ?
I have a big cap big plug HEI and a very small plug on harness ? Either I need a patch cable or a small plug...

She was a bone stock ZZ4 at birth and did fine.

I've had little bitty carbs on it before and dual plane intakes = it still planed out. If it does not work out I'll pull the TPI setup and put it on...

Most parts are here....gonna start assembly this weekend and rework my engine stand so it can go back in the boat.

Good cause I bought it...if you look around you can get it with 6AN fittings for the same money...

Harness and EGR block off came in today...

Gonna start the building of the intake this weekend...

CAM SPECS- 227 @ .050 intake .241 @.050 exhaust
.513 lift intake .498 lift exhaust 107 lobe separation in at 104

O2 sensor and bung bought
Cold air intake on the way.
Knock sensor on the way....

30LB injectors on the way via Southbay injectors -they had the best deal in town.
Engine is on a stand now and in my shop I'll post a pic or two just as soon as I can figure all that out.

MAF Harness from TP - On the way.
ECM that TP linked- on the way.
9th Injector block off-on the way.
EGR block off-on the way.

Agreed..but LEAN is a far worse problem at 5500 RPM WOT around 60 MPH on 1/2" of water! Honking on the loud pedal! LOL.

I honestly dont know what I want other for it to WORK and get better MPG! I have 2 each 40 gallon tanks and we can blow through that in a day with enough FUN!

Optimal RPM on the Airboat is all about putting that prop in its sweet spot for efficiency.
I need at least 5000RPM and would like 5500? I can hit that now but power does fall off at 5K or so...
