I recently did some work with the ignition switch down there and came across it.

it was conencted to the orange pins and red pins as well as the black cable.

Weird Electronic part

Does anyone know what part this is? I tried running a google search with no luck.

I found it under dash next to the fuse box. Any info would be much appreciated, thanks :)
