The rears are a lighter grey. I'm not entirely sure why the front was charcoal and the rear grey, but that's how the car was. These are seat covers I pulled when I went black with my interior.

Yes they are factory. They slip on and are hog ringed into place. I pulled the old hog rings out and put new ones in my car for a color change.
