5 speed stalling when shifting into neutral; hard time starting when cold

I have this issue with my 89 IROC where any time I start up from a cold start I have to give it gas to keep it running for the first minute or two, if I don’t, the idle gets very lopey and will die....

no I was testing at the in line fuse by the battery, I’ll have to check the fuel pump tomorrow and let you all know

I checked it this morning at the in line fuse…I’m getting 0.15 to 0.19 amps

voltage from the fuse to ground on battery is 14v


is there a spot in the engine I can check for the fuel pump? Or...

I'm only getting power when it's on high... Sometimes the current comes out to 6 V sometimes it comes out to 11... No current seems to be happening for delay or low... The green and yellow wires...

Fuse Is fine... I tried three different fuses.. I don't think it's the motor because the pump is also not working, and the pump isn't attached to the motor it's separate inside the washer reservoir

So i just installed my tach, it idles correctly, but it seems like hearing by SOUND the redline is about 3k rpm according to the tach... im afraid to go higher because im afraid to blow the engine....

i decided to remove the oil psi gauge out of the v6 and put in the v8 tach. had to drill out the rivets and pry off the gauge needle with a fork. replaced the rivets with 0 size nuts and ...

I hooked a battery up with some wire, used it on the v6 gauge and the needle increased.. i used it on the v8 and the needle only decreased.. could that be a sign the v8 one is bad? how would i go...

I bought the car back in may 2012.. its an IROC-Z...i realized then it had a v6 cluster with the v6 tach in it... the tach was reading about 500 rpms faster (because it was not the right tach)......

Is wiring dual fans together up to the fan switch on the passenger side of the block so they come on at the same time a bad idea?

Went in my car tonight, and Headlights dont work. Interior lights, turn signals, and parking lights work though, but not low/high beams... Need this fixed ASAP

You dont have to remove the bottom 2 screws.. you can actually slip the headlight above the metal bezel in the last photo by just removing the top screws and bending the bezel down
