Well guys after looking into it some and ohming my injectors it looks like I had 4 bad injectors. So I will be replacing the injectors and will report back with what happens next

yes the chip is on an adapter board. i tried my other ecm that came with the car with the same results. And by cts do you mean coolant temp sensor?

Ok, so i dug around underneath the dash and i found the diag. port. I have 3 codes coming up which are 15, 24, 42.

I also have had this done. My car has a fast brand chip in it but I have no way to tell if its for a auto or manual. Hopefully since your starting with a unmolested car youll have good luck.
