So after finally replacing components in the distributor, i'm still having charging issues. I'm only reading a 12v charge, and im getting around 1.2xx volts on the excite wire. Thoughts?

The anti theft system clicks when it's activated though, on my car at least. The relay is underneath the front left headlight right by the carbon canister.

The fan was on high, which probably explains why the fan was turning very hard. The wire I found, I assume it likely goes to a constant 12v source?

Not necessarily by the starter, moreso by the blower fan. I'd like to think it's the fuel pump relay but the fuel pump works great at the moment so I'm assuming that's not it.

Yup... definitely a sender unit there. I'm fairly confident about the oil, as the engine would stall when the oil got to 0 and the lifters would click as well :(
