i really appreciate your quick response, in the mean time before your answer i put the battery on the charger and did some thinking, the blower was on without the key being on or the vehicle running,...

I believe your right because I changed the ignition switch and I still have this issue. I hate these tilt Colum cars. It seems maybe an issue with the two rods or something.

Yes it is a tilt Colum car and when I move the wheel around it starts fie and then it acts up again.

The car is dark mulberry.GM paint from 1999.
Previous owner had the car towed and the jerks who towed it just trashed the front of the car.

Im just gunna paint the front spoiler flat black...

Well the current carburator is completely trashed.
As of now the car barely runs im assuming because if its age.
But your suggessting to just get a new electronic carb and not bother with the...

To clear any confusion the 350 is not a centerbolt style valve cover.
It is the old school style just made in 1988 as a crate motor.
