So I get about 12.5 at the battery and then all the way to the starter and then out of the red/orange wires that come out of the starter. So I have power all the way there then it goes into the loom...

They are melling lifters with a new melling flat tappet cam. When I installed the push rods they were all the same length, im going to check it its bent and redo the valve lash on all the rockers...

Also if I put the tester on the ground on the steering pump and ground it on anything it says 12 V but if I put the positive cable on the tester at the starter and ground it anywhere it says zero....
