Still running a little rich at idle and on hard take off it'll leave a cloud of smoke behind me lol. Not black smoke tho. Decreased fuel to 4psi and still seems rich. But the bog is almost gone....

K so this car has a night and day difference in performance now. Now all I'm left with is a slight bog on hard accel from idle, and it still seems to be running rich. Sure smells like it too at idle....

The secondary stop is just touching the adjustment screw. Idle vacuum in gear is about 15.5 and right now the advance is hooked up to ported source .

Ya I know. Light is critical. I want to get it running as good as I can so I can bring it to the city if I have to. got line on an old school guy with a dyno. Apparently he works wonders.

Ya gonna reset the carb while its out. I got a vacuum gauge and I got a 10.5 pv for now, if it needs more than that it's only a phone call away.

Been sitting here reading a lot of useful info and a lot of different recommendations but in the end all I want to do for now is be able to slide a roller cam into it and maybe springs at most....

ya thats terrace bay. Marathon almost got a strip but it never amounted to anything. Still don't know which direction I'm going to take with the car. Machining parts means shipping them 4 hrs away...

cool. 600 is where I would've guessed, but yeah I can definitely see another cam going into this now that I will have no computer issues. prob will go with the 650 in that case.

350 engine is bone stock with low miles, cast iron 062's with a cyclone dual plane intake and rv cam. I have tbi on it right now but the performance chip thing is getting a bit annoying to get dialed...

on my 89 350 tbi, its over fuelling itself. absolutely all sensors are up to specifications, and the motor is new with vortec heads on it. all scanner data is good except for my map sensor readings....

just trying to monitor the firing of each cylinder. and without a scope this is the best I can do lol. the problem is that each of these problem cylinders is so intermittent that I can't narrow it...

well injectors did nothing for me. but while I was playing around with the timing light I noticed the light stop flashing periodically on multiple cylinders. The timing mark doesn't jump around...

did a resistance check to both injectors, I got 0, perfect continuity........and I know those are supposed to be around 1.3-1.5 ohms. could this cause my engine to misfire on both banks?
