91- 92 had 4 clips. 2 each side that inserted into the tabs and held the ground effect close to the fender. Two of mine have came out and I am trying to find them as well. No luck finding them....

Tried the Throttle position sensor. No difference. Hooked a scanner up to the PCM (ECM) and it gave me a code PO134 O2 sensor no activity. I did a scan while idling and found this information.
