A max of 40 PSI probably won't cut it with TPI. I think stock pressures run around 43 PSI. You want around 40ish at idle and 48ish at WOT.

The 110 LSA on your new cam probably has alot more overlap than stock which causes low idle vacuum. The low idle vacuum causes the ECM to think you are under a load at idle and is probably dumping...
