will aftermarket runners make any difference?

How good are the SLP runners? Is it worth it on a 305 with the only mod being headers? Any experiece with them on a 305? I have done the search and can't seem to come up with any good information...

Slp headers hitting on the passener side.

I am having a shop install SLP headers on my TA and they are having a hard time with the headers hitting on the passenger side on the body. Has anyone else had this problem or is it just a freak...

I had the same problem.

I had the same problem and with the help of the people on this board I narrowed it down to a leaking intake. So I replaced the gaskets and it has been fine ever since. Hope this helps.

Thanks for clearing it up for me.

I know that firehawks are not that common but the ad said that it was the only one ever produced and that kind of made me wonder if they actually do exist or not.

A direct fit.

4th Gen seats should be a direct fit. Just take out the 3rd gen seats and bolt up the 4th.

Distributor trouble

I remove the intake to replace the leaking gaskets and no matter how much I tighten the distributor hold down bracket the distributor still turns. Any suggestions on how to fix the problem?

quick question about hooker headers.

I noticed that the hooker headers part #520-2005 are for 86 and newer fbodies. I just would like to know if they would bolt on the my 85 without any modification. I know I have got the four bolt...

Well I already replaced a freeze plug that was leaking last year so I don't think that is it. I did start it and let it get to temp with the radiator cap off and it just keep shooting antifreeze out...

I bet I can guess what code it is without you even telling us. It is more than likely a code 33. I have the same problem and haven't been able to quite figure out what is wrong yet.
