series 2 is 2.73 and 3.08.
series 3 is 3.23, 3.42, 3.73, etc.
so the series 2 is great for someone with 2.73 or 3.08 gears.

a datalog woudl help verify if you are even in DFCO or if the problem is something else.

i believe BJYM is for a federal 1995 truck - and i believe that the 95 has the PWM TCC, whereas your 94 truck likely has a non-PWM TCC. That is likely the source of the problem, i think.
