2" harwood induction scoop

my local chevy dealer said GM no longer makes cores for the 3rd gen and he searched inventory of other deales with out success. I used a NAPA core seemed OK but was aluminum.

My 92 Z runs good, from start up to hard throttle. I just put a 180 degree thermastat in because the gauge reads around 160 to 180 unless I'm in stop and go traffic. The previous stat had bypass...

Is it true the 91 and 92 Camaro heater core replace is slightly different than the earlier ones? I thought I read the dash was made different which made the removal more difficult on thses two years?...

I just put a pump in mine.(first timer) It was not a cake walk but not all that bad. The exhaust has to come out, dropping the rear end on the ground is a must, this was a good time to do a lube...

Just put gas in my new toy for the first time. When I removed the cap it let pressure out of the tank. Eveything is running fine is this normal on 92 Camaro's? Thanks Jim

I thought the O2 sensor might sense the lack of air being pumped into the manifolds causing the computer to compensate some how. Thanks for the info
