85 dash into 84 firebird

Will 84 mount line up with 85 type dash. I know that 85 to 89 Camaro are not the same as 90 to 92. Just wanted to know if anyone has tried to install a 85-89 into a 82-84

700 to 1k? That can't be dollars! Is that out of a Camaro? I have a 82 z28 that has a awesome dash in it. Dash pad has cracked. No cracks in the dash. Console is in it.

The ones I had back in 2014 were not the right type. I have a 82 z28 parts car and I see the difference now. They have a slot for the belt. No dimples for the cap. I don't know if these are good...

I haven't even clean up the wheels I got. Still have the old tires on them. Maybe I can get me a set of tires for Christmas.

There is a v6 to v8 swap sticky in the engine swap forum.. fuel pump. Engine mounts. Front brake lines. From a firebird to the Camaro may have a few wires different in the engine bay. Good luck

OK. I took the risk and vise grip the stud on the 85 head. Gently wiggled and work it out. I needed the bolt pattern angle for a carbureted intake manifold. Going into a 84 firebird

OK this thread is done. I have injector pulse and the fuel pump relay was bad. I have 50psi at the fuel line flex to hard line on the engine. Still won't run without starting fluid

I do understand that I have to get the pump running. I will be using the shop manual to trouble shoot. I'm guessing I have a bad ground or blown fuse. The fuel pump must have run a few seconds....
