Re: Got Vette Wheels??...Post pics here...!

You need to figure how much back space is on your wheels. I went with a 2" spacer in the rear and a 2.25" in the front. Wheels are 17x11 with a 7.8" backspace and the fronts are 17x9.5 with a 7.1"...

Now I can see the wheels. These were very common back in the late 80's early 90's and a ton of companies made them. They are called directionals and you should be able to find them at a local junk...

Re: 86 Camaro 305 top speed?

Back when I was 17 and my 1987 305h was a year old I had the 85 mph speedo wrapped around to 25 or 30 mph. The car was tight and it seemed to have some more but I eased off the gas and coasted back...

Re: Wheel Adapters

1.5" spacers will work but it all comes down to your wheels backspacing to start. I figured out the magic number has to be 5.8" backspacing with the wheel and spacer together. This gives you enough...

Re: z06 Wheels

You need a total backspace of 4.6" with the wheel and spacer together for it no to rub. You say you have 2" spacers now and I bet you have a 6.8" to 7.1" backspace on your front wheel. I would jump...

Im running 17x11 and 17x9.5 vette wheels and as long as you have a total with spacers less than 5.8" backspace for the rear and 4.6" backspace in the front you'll be fine. On mine 17x11 the wheels...

Re: Question on Z06 rims.
