I do not know, I did however see a ground that's under the dash closer to the radio side, you could prob trace that back

It was the dimmer switch, now I have to find out what ground wire has a weak connection.. Thanks for the help

I'm getting ready to test my wires, but I assume it works because I can dim my gauges and also my tails come on too just no head lights..

Lol yea I talked to him already I actually live an hour away from him which is the sad part, but I just wanna do the carb set up just to do it, once I get a bigger LS I'll go the fuel injection set...

Thanks man, eh just like everyone else's excuse I don't want to mess with the wiring just yet. I plan on saving up money once I get it running and do the efi set up.

Got rid of the 6.0, needed too much work, traded it for a 4.8 that wiped a lobe on the cam just need to buy a gasket set and engine stand and put it back together..

I don't trust myself to cut it and I don't have those tools. I may end up tryin to use a mallet and knock it forward and try and break it free that way if not Ima heat and freeze it may be then, last...

I'm pretty much using the same thing I even went as far as to use a 9000 pound wench and it didn't budge at all, I think I may be screwed or at least that's how I'm starting to feel lol

Sorry for the late response, I'm still battling this beast. I have two bearing pullers with the slide hammer. One of them I can't use cause the end of the jaw won't fit without taking one out but...

Would it be ok to heat up the pilot bearing and try to remove it that way? I have the advance auto bearing puller and it slips off after a couple of turns, I tried the bread trick and it hasn't...

well tested everything again besides my pickup coil, I read how to test it and it should read .3 or .8 volts a/c to 1.8 volts a/c. if it reads anything else then its the coil..

if you do this make sure your hood has the rubber strip that goes along the backside of the hood, it keeps water out and away from the dizzy.:2cents:
