The B4C and Z28 have a 145MPH Speedometer, where regular Camaro's have a 110MPH Speedo.
THE SPEEDOMETER BOARDS ARE DIFEERENT!
I bought one from West Coast Autoparts and it worked but red...

Sorry, VIN 126962 is not an 88 IROC 1LE. They were all in the 1914##'s.
I have been off the site for a while.
I have 2 of the 4 1988 1LE's, both Auto, one Red one Black.
Both FB's were 5 Speed...
