If you buy the (loaded) panel it comes with a harness but its not plug an play you will be doing a lot of splicing to your factory harness
the speedo i got (5" pro comp) had a Dakota Digital speedo...

I had to cut the support box around the headlight switch and the same on the otherside by the cigar lighter for the big guages and under both of them for the two lower outer guages

It is only a direct bolt in after you do a LOT of carving on the factory dash behind the guages at least on a 91 rs
just did it with the complete kit from classic dash
i bought the pro comp guages...

is there any reason not to connect gray wire from fuel pump relay
to a fused ignition switched power source
then pitch the relay in trash
i dont see the point...

the amount of backpressure an engine has determines where the power band is to some extent. some b.p. helps in low rpm range
no b.p. moves the band up into a higher rpm range
there isnt any...
