**sig Pics**
I think there should be limitations on the size of a sig pic. Say 10k or less, and no bigger than 500 pixels wide and no bigger than like 75 pixels tall. They are really starting to clutter up the board. Isn't it more than enough to have a picture in the avatar, and you can have a reader's ride page too? I wouldn't even care if sig pics were eliminated completely, but i don't mind them in moderation.
Although I personally don't fall in either of these categories, the immense sig pics turning up on the site lately dominate the screen for the 800x600 screen size user, and they rape 56k modem users.
I would assume that vBulletin might have a way to put boundaries on sig pics?

If you read some of the other posts you might find the info you are looking for. This is the 5th post on this topic on the first page.
Here's your options
1. Turn off sigs in you "User CP"
2. Send them a nice e-mail explaining the problem ask them if they could resize their sig.
3. Increase your Temporary Internet Files by going to your browser and clicking Tools-> Internet Options-> Under "Temporary Internet Files" click on settings. Increase the amount of space you have dedicated for temp files.
"Can we get a sticky or something?"

I am fully aware of how to shut off sigs, I have talked to a few sig pigs personally, and the issue isn't one of slow performance in my case at all...it's merely inconsiderate people.
Thanks.
