Progressive Nitrous Controller Suggestions

I have never played with nitrous. I have been reading as much as I can lately on it. I am currently looking at the NOS Mini- 2 Stage I am looking for any input from anyone that uses that system or has another system to suggest. Also please list the pros/cons.

-Specs-
-Team G that has been plumbed for direct port, so no plate (single stage now) Seen little use, sat on the shelf for about 20 yrs in a box
-AED Carb (4150)
-Custom Nitrous cam from Bullet
-T56
-MSD 6A & Retard box
-Edelbrock Victor Pro Fuel Solenoid #72052
-Edelbrock Performer Nitrous Solenoid #72001
-Full throttle activation switch

I also have the NOS Cheater solenoids that I think I am going to pitch they are about 25 yrs old. Lol.

Any questions let me know.

Thanks in advance!

Re: Progressive Nitrous Controller Suggestions

for small shots with linear ramps, the Mini will work well. Once you start tossing large amounts it becomes unless. I do see the t56 listed above which will limit what you can toss at it. The mini will work fine, but once its on, it's on with no control other than delay, time, and percentage of leave. I found the mini worked good until the car tried getting below 5.20's in the 1/8 on a radial. I did pt a 33x car in the 7.40's with the mini though. But it eventually limited us on the 60ft. it was either slow or ramping way too fast. NOS launcher is a great piece and it's what we use now.
