When you go full throttle, the ECM enters power enrichment mode and goes rich so you don't have ping there. At part throttle and boost the ECM is trying to do 14.7:1 AFR which is too lean.
You have plenty of injector. It isn't a fuel delivery problem. It is the ECM trying to do normal part throttle 14.7:1 AFR. If you tried tuning the chip to add more fuel, it will try to take out fuel in normal part throttle closed loop.
Two choices. Use an ECM and/or MEMCAL that is designed for boost or run your current ECM in open loop and tune it.
You have the 165 ECM with $32B code. I had the same problem with the 730 ECM and the stock $8D AUJP code. They both try to maintain 14.7:1 AFR under part throttle closed loop and this causes problems when in boost.
