As promised... pics of the single turbo 383 project



I made a special effort today to get some pics of the engine and put up a page with some details. Hopefully my friend will get this thing at least started up within the next few weeks. hey ZZ3, how were you able to get rid of the strut towers? do you have a coilover setup? I was thinking of ways to eliminate those...

I think this pic is a G-body (Monte Carlo, Regal, etc.) installation. Unlike us F-body guys, they don't have to contend with strut towers. Must be nice, huh !!!

I was almost positive my buddy's old '87SS had strut towers...
