YSi track results

Had a good day saturday, started out with a 10.60/128,last pass was a 10.36/131 with a spinning 1.50 60`.I used a 50/50 mix of 93octane and c16,feeding it 2* of timing per run.It has full timing until about 5# then 6*ramps out upon max boost of 10#.I think there`s a little more in there, intake temps were around 140-150*

Thanks guys! Lets see,the details.Production block 400(my weak link) Callies crank,Eagle 6" rods,Wiseco 12.5 cc dish pistons,9.5 to 1 comp,510/525 232/242 114 lsa hyd roller, out of the box Track 1s,mini-ram,83# inj,FAST w/ wide band,CSR water pump, hooker long tubes with a Mufflex 4" full exhaust. Trans is a manual valve body standard pattern TH350 with an ATI 9.5" converter that flashed last weekend to 5200.Only went to 4800 with a 150 hp nitrous hit, must be making a bit more torque I guess. Pa Racing complete chromoly front end with manual rack and factory spring perches,Lakewood 90/10s,Southside lift bars and 50/50 comp engineering shocks.
Race weight is just under 3500# including me.
My A/F was around 11.0 to 11.5,I think if I lean it out a bit and get some new tires I can go a little quicker,my 60`s on nitrous were 1.39 to 1.42 on a 150 hit.

Later,
Glen

That`s what I think. I`ve even called the cam companies about it naturally aspirated and they all said leave it in there or you`ll kill torque and probably go slower.Their opinions may change now with boost but the thing runs great with zero maintenance so I figure I`ll just up the boost when I replace the block.

Sorry,no pics but I can tellyou I had to add another u-joint to solve the problem you`re having.Welded a tab to the motor mount tube thru which a heim end was bolted supporting the change in direction to clear the header. Bump steer was setup at a local chassis shop.
