It's definitly not a "stock" Powerstroke..

the outlet has been moved 90* from straight back to out the side.

I'm thinking of replacing the SAAB 900 intercoolers I have presently with a "sectioned" powerstroke by removing 4" from the center and spliting the intercooler in two with a common 4" outlet/plenum out the top center. BW

Looks good bud! Can't wait to get it back. I'm going to vegas till wednesday. I'll try and call you tomorrow (saturday). And it's not a powerstroke intercooler. I tried one a few years ago..with stock end tanks they're restrictive. With modified tanks they're descent. This one is a bar/plate design and i've also modified the end tanks but it's 3" thick whereas the PS one's are 2". This ones flow much better. But up until about 600 HP, powerstrokes are fine.

I've had an intercooler there for the past 3 or 4 years. There's enough air that gets into the radiator. It passes through that intercooler pretty well...and i use a fan on top to pull it up there as well. I've also put a few small "vents" in teh front bumper to aid. And with a nice electric fan on the radiator itself, it's all good.
