How to stop problems with boost!

Its still an in progress shot but those tabs are on each side of each connection in my air inlet system. Across each, will be a tabs with bolts holding it together.

Also, had some beads rolled on the end of my tubes.

Axle/Gears: stock w/later 4th gen torsen pos
the tabs will solid link together to prevent separation? are you goanna use mini heim joints/link bars?

No that would get awfully expensive.

Im going to use a solid piece of flat steel. 1" x 11 ga. thick.

Same problems here too...

Now most of the joints are strapped.


now to replace the rubber connects with reinforced silicone.

blew one apart the other day after a quick blast down the street.

think i scared some old lady half to death.. POP !! PHsssssss

that guy that is a member here now that used a holset turbo on his 2.3 stang and used like a Saab factory boost baypass as a blowoff valve says it sounds like a gunshot when it relieves- LOL that must be so much fun! see what the hell im talking about

Whats really funny is after one pops off or splits... I still have boost.

with both blowers +12 psi.

one blower venting, 4-5 psi.. still.

now thats moving some air... lol
