roughskinjrz - I have a US mailing address where I can ship anything too... even a whole car. However when someone won't even reply, it makes it impossible to buy an item. Obviously he doesn't want to sell his ****, or at least, not sell it to me. So whatever.., I'll find what I'm looking for elsewhere.

I rent a mailbox at a shipping/recieving depot for $15/year in Washington state. I can ship anything and everything there that I wish. Its about a 40 minute drive for me to go down there and pick up my mail. Its very convienet actually since many retailers will not ship to Canada, or charge ludicrious prices often 3-4x the value of the item in question.
As for the shocks, I'm not interested in dealing with this individual anymore. His lack of correspondence doesn't make me feel trustworthy that these items are in good or useable condition.
