First time at the track with my GTA
Last week I took my car up to the track for the first time. Actually, it was the first time I raced anything at the track. She ran a 14.511 @ 95. Not too bad for a stock, 90k mile L98 methinks. It only has an SLP cold air intake and cat-back. I also have a fair amount of suspension work done, but that probably hurt the time more than anything. What do you guys think?

Re: First time at the track with my GTA
Pretty good times for a stock L98 and your first time racing. What was your 60' time?
I took my GTA to the track yesterday for it's first time and got a 14.25 @ 96 MPH with a 2.06 60' time in 81 degree heat. I will be dyno tuning it this weekend and getting headers and Y pipe soon and we'll see if I can get into the 13's or 100 MPH club.
