We need an estimated Headcount: Roll call
Who is in this time around? I need to get a headcount together so we have an idea for parking/food/shirts/etc...
Post up if you will be there/how many cars/how many people, like this (username +=number attending [.5=child] x=number of cars).

Here's the plan:
Track Day
July 23rd
Cecil county Dragway
http://www.cecilcountydragway.com/
1916 Theodore Road
Rising Sun, Maryland 21911
Show Day
July 24th
North Point State Park
http://www.dnr.state.md.us/publicla...northpoint.html
North Point Road
Edgemere, MD 21219
Directions will be ironed out and forthcoming.
TGN Costs
$3 Entry per car into park (paid directly at gate)
$10 TGN 05 per car show cost
$10 ea person, kids 14 and under are free (Lunch included) [you will be provided with an armband on check in for easy ID]
Cecil County Dragway Costs
$35 Track admission to race
$10 Spectator admission
We are NOT renting the track out exclusivly, this will be a Saturday TnT from 10-6. Elims start at 3. To rent the track out for this event only was NOT anywhere close to cost effective.
Cookout lunch is provided with admission.
T-shirts details will be forthcoming once a logo is established. They should be around $15ea.
I am working on getting a photographer booked for both days.
A list of local hotels/motels will be posted soon along with other local odds and ends.
Awards/etc are TBD, check the other thread in this forum for details.
Cars. Non thirdgen domestic cars are welcome and will have a seperate class. All classes will be judged on attendee votes. [vote form will be provided on check-in]
Any questions/comments/etc just PM me.
Thanks and I hope to see ya there!

I'm going to put this on my calendar, depending on what weekend it is it will either just be me or will include my two boys.
When date is finally posted, I can volunteer my home to fill up the beds or camp on the floor to anyone who is interested. I'm about an hour from the heart of Baltimore (I'm actually in Damascus, MD), so anyone who's looking for a place to stay and without any $$$ is welcome so long as they don't trash the place or do burnouts in the neighborhood.

Definitely! I've got a double, set of bunks, two very comfy couches and a chaise lounger that's had plenty of naps taken on it. Like I said, we run out of beds -- I've got plenty of floor space too. An empty sunroom and a big room in the basement. I may have another couch coming before the Nationals...we still don't have a date yet, do we?

I think I will be coming to the meet. I went in 03' and had a pretty good time. So I may go again. I have AC now so the trip won't be so bad.
Any idea what the count is so far?

Official list...who is sure they are coming?
I am trying to figure out how many people are going. I am definetly in if a decent amount show up. I went to Thirdgen nats 03 and it was pretty cool. The location did suck. But I have faith that Eric has chosen a better spot.
Start a list here. If you are going tell us here. Eric could use some e-mails to. That way he knows who to contact.
I am going.

I thought the fairgrounds were nice (minus the cost or renting it) though the track was horrible

There was NOTHING around. Some guys we with drove an hour to a strip club lol.

The list at the top of the post should give you some rough indication of turnout, I do know of a couple of folks that are planning on it but not committed yet.
It's less than two months away folks!
