Third Gen Fest 14, who's going?

We are counting down the days until May 24th.

Then it's on.

Who is going to be there?

Get off your butts, get your cars(if roadworthy) and get on out.

We are the homeland board so lets represent in person, car or better yet both......

If you have not been there or need further info see here:

https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/third-gen-fest-14/

Bring parts to sell, buy parts for sale and have some fun in general.

Hope to see you there.

Re: Third Gen Fest 14, who's going?

Trying to get the car there, but I don't think its going to happen.

PS Pump is still off to be rebuilt. Need a matched pump to work with the Lee's 670 gear.

I may miss thirdgen fest, not many weekends to work on the car left before the Hot-Rod power tour. Had to redo the front brake lines today to make them work with the Hooker long tubes. And the Opti cap/rotor is busted. But mechanically its 98% there. Still need to get the Y-pipe made, and tune the car.

I'll probably roll sans car as well, did not have time to get anything else ready and started LS1 instal so Formula is in pieces right now. TGF was original goal, but work fixed that for me. Shooting for Power Tour, but everything would need to go right between now and then

The Camaro is still down but I have actuality made some progress of late with the new engine set up. I don't think anyone wants to see the Cobra again. haha I should have it back on the road for next year.

You bring the Cobra, I'll bring the Focus. We can be two Fords in a Sea of GM.

Car will definitely not be ready. I got word I won't have my power steering pump back till next week.

I see a common problem here. You guys don't have enough thirdgens. You should always have enough thirdgens so that one is operational at all times.

I'll be there, either in the IROC or the GTA. Depends wether or not I want to listen to a radio or roaring exhaust, and if I want to be in a comfy leather seat or a road race seat with a 6pt harness for 1.5 hrs.

But one day the car will be Epic, and until that day comes, it can gestate.

My car hasn't been there in like three years.

Not missing much anyways, it was always more fun to drive than to look at.

I've always had more thirdgens than most, still do.

Just lack time to do anything with any of them.

yah it was great to catch up with everyone again.

Jeremy, I'm planning to help do some work on Chazman's '83 at his house this summer, we've got to get something on the calendar soon too.
