im on the market for tires, i got some wheels lined up for my d.d.
i need a pair of each
245-45-17
275-40-18
pending that those are the right size for the wheels, thought they were an inch bigger each, but those are the numbers online for those wheels
need some good thread, and no dry rot, or little.....

here are the pix of what i got incase you guys know more and those arent the right sizes



i might consider a trade for my wheels and tires just to complete the upgrade

i got a set of four of theese, with good tires and some good thread left, balanced and all, those arent the exact pix, but they are the same wheels, its an example pic, i got all 4 centers as well

let me know what you guys have and well go from there

You've got the sizes right.. those came on my C5

Keep in mind, the 245/45R17 is a stock height 25.6" tire, whereas the 275/40R18 is a 26.6" tall tire.

A lot of people don't like these wheels, but I thought they looked AWESOME on my lowered '88 T/A.. not so sure if I like them on the Vette.. think I want to go a different route when I can.

Those tire sizes should be just fine, im running a set of nittos in those sizes on Z06 wheels which are an 1" wider than the wagon wheels you have.
