driving my thirdgen, but not racing.... gonna see how my coworker's red/silver 93 chevy stepside fares... i heard there's no times friday is that true? can you ask them to give you a time, just so you know what you're running?

By no times, they mean you have the option to shut off the time display so nobody else can see your time. Kinda like Street Car Chaos (SCC). They put N/T on your window.

You can also run no clock at all. That would be N/C. I'm not really sure who'd wanna run that way, but it's was done quite a bit at the last SCC.

And yes, they are having a "thong" contest. I'm not to sure about the "thirdgen" part though. I hope they don't mean third generation girls (read "old bags")

If I'm not by my car, look for a white Hyundai Tiburon also. The newer body style. That's my friend's car, not mine.

Yea. I was kinda pissed.

If your friend's truck is the one I'm thinking it is (drag radials?), that truck scoots. I wanted to run him, but he waved me by in the staging lanes. I ended up running against a red GTP, a black Nova and a huge black ext. cab p/u.

I guess I wasn't worth your friend's time.

that was the truck. the red gtp was a friend of mine, too. i don't think he waved you by b/c you weren't worth his time. there were a couple of grudge matches set up and he also had some races already set up in the pits so he was probably waiting on them... or he was stalling so he could park his truck in the staging lanes and get to the thong and wet t-shirt contests in a hurry i almost signed up my car just to spank that kid w/ the bodykitted talon or whatever it was w/ my stock v6... we're gonna try to make it down there on wed for tnt and actually get some numbers...
