Kansas Thirdgen forum
As of today the Kansas Thirdgen forum has a new URL... It's not intended as a replacement for Thirdgen.org, but rather as a local forum for the non-tech content that isn't appropriate here, local classifieds, local events, and more. Anyone with an interest in 1982-92 Camaros and Firebirds is welcome to join and participate. Check it out...

Re: Kansas Thirdgen forum
I'd like to see the site grow, but if it's only 3-5 regular members I can't see renewing the domain name. The forum needs members who post regularly, and right now there are only a few of us on there. Those of us that are active are the same people that have been posting since the forum was created.
Our host just recently fixed a glitch that was preventing the forum from being crawled by search engines. Now the forum shows up in search results on Google. Hopefully that will lead to some new members. Up until now it's depended entirely on word of mouth and no one seems to be talking about it.
Anyway, the forum is there, it works, and it's open to anyone who wants to use it.

Re: Kansas Thirdgen forum
The Kansas forum is now closed. I got tired of being the only one posting, and after I stopped no one was posting. The content that was posted is still on the server, and if there was an interest it could be turned back on, but there's no point if no one is going to use it.

Re: Kansas Thirdgen forum
The forum at http://www.kstgo.org is still up if anyone wants to use it. The domain name expires in October, after that the only way to get to the forum will be through the long address. Http://kansastgo.49.forumer.com/index.php
If the board sits idle long enough I'm sure Forumer will turn it off. Active members is what the forum needs to keep going, we've just had trouble getting any new members.
