finally passed + update
Today i took my camaro up to the e-test and i passed. All i thought after seeing the numbers was bout damn time and that it was one expensive test to pass. Anyways thanks for your help guys.
If i buy some weld on subframe connectors can any of you weld those on? I would be willing to pay. Also can someone put of a link for the wonderbar? Ive been searching with google and all i ever get is forum posts or peoples sigs that have it listed.
Future plans:
paintjob (might be xmas present )
sfc's
wonderbar
exhaust
interior

Lucky, mine failed again. The previous owner is still working on it. Today the mechanic told him that everything was good to go, and he failed again. So, I might have to go and get a waiver, in which case I can dump anything on the car, and she will be sick!

Hey man congrats on your pass! I took mine through on Wed. last week and got a fast pass! Even with 150k she still runs awsome. BTW check Ebay for the wonder bar, I found one last week for like 35-40 bucks.

Congrats on passing Crazybear, I had a similar feeling when I passed, & my route was a lot easier than yours...
As for welding the SFCs - well, I have a welder, but I'm still in the "learning/playing with it" stage. If and/or when I feel that I'm good enough to do SFCs, I'll let you know...

Wonderbar.
You might check out the SFC's on the same site. They're bolt-ons, although most people seem to weld too, after bolting them on.

CrazyBear - I had a set of SFC's installed this spring by Ron Moench over at Exhaust Pros - 9440 E. Colfax. They did a very good job and were reasonably priced. You can reach them at 303-367-4900.

Oh and we have a steering box brace on ours. It was the first major brace that we put on ours.

Halonick ask your dad how much he wants for them.
larry88ttops how much did it cost to have them installed?
8492bird thanks for the link.
I'm hoping to have my car tagged today.
Another thing to add to my list is im redoing my front brakes cause they suck and squeal like a banshee during mating season.

Sorry guys, turns out we forgot that we had sold them when we sold our old strut tower brace. Sorry for the confusion, both to you guys and myself. Anyway, we have lots of other misc. parts still sitting in our garage .

I guess it's the thought that counts. Also nick i thought l98's were 5.7L not 5.9L.
What would be the best 3 suspension stuff to get after a wonderbar and sfc's?
I'm thinking polyurethane bushings, bigger front and rear sway bars, and lcarb's
maybe a transmission and motor mounts?

Just when i think everything is going decent my car's radiator has to die. I was saving for new tires then my car just steams up a storm, i carefully lift the hood and well my radiator is blowing more steam than a civic owner who found out a fart can isn't cool.

That really sucks! If you are going to replace it, I would recommend Performance Radiator for a factory replacment. I bought mine for a little under a $100, but I get a little discount. I know they have a warehouse in Denver, and they do sell to the public.
Good luck!

I could sell you one at cost, but you would have to drive to Fort Collins to pick it up. That drive up here might just take the savings away depending the gas mileage of the car you drive up.

If you came up here it would be $108 plus tax. $115.23. The automatics cost a little more than mine did.

The radiator is a facotry replacement, but it does have an aluminum core, with compostite tanks. It doesn't weigh very much at all.

I might have to get one then, but that's if i don't trade in my camaro though. My friend has a dealership and might be willing to trade me one of his camaro's for mine if i add some money. The one he might trade me has some upgrades and a cowl hood and a secret weapon (not a power adder though), if i get it i'll tell you guys what the secret is.
