I need some who can do a smoggable swap?

Just got back my old 86 Iroc but I have an issue I can't register it because it won't pass smog. All the smog equipment was ripped out of it and now the only option I see is getting a complete new 350 swap? Anyone near Sacramento Area do Swaps? Any advise? Price Quotes? I also attached a picture to show what I mean by ripped ouy.

Shouldn't be that hard to source working emissions parts and just install them again. Otherwise I'd look at getting another engine from a donor 3rd gen and go with that. Maybe swap to tpi or something. Any combo newer than the build date of the car should be ok with the referee.

Re: I need some who can do a smoggable swap?

my suggestion would be a tpi swap. without seeing pics i will quote $1500 plus all parts. it was an option for 86 which means i can make it happen. only problem is your 3rd project in line finishing a resto right now on an 89. i have an 92 z28 to put back together than i could do yours so your talking 3 months till i can start your project. I restore or resto mod 3rd gens as a side hobby beside my shop general management job.

btw i should have some if not half of the parts to do the conversion.
