Anyone can buy parts, it takes skill to buy the right parts & make them work.

Just thought I'd send a shout out to Bennie!

Re: My secret weapon!

That's funny, the image makes me think your car is propelled by Bennie power instead of an engine, like you can pop your hood at any time and he jumps out.

No, but it is what I have right now. Did you have something in mind? I was thinking about Centerline Warrior, or maybe go all out w/ some Forged Alloy?

Anything but those , those are probably my least favorite wheels of all time. Autodrags ...actually i can't think of one wheel that center line makes that looks good. Nothin personal trust me. But to answer your question a little more thoroughly , here goes.

Re: My secret weapon!

As far as wheels go, I vote American Racing Torque Thrust IIs. I know they are a bit common anymore, but they have always been and will always be my favorite.

Generally speaking though, I agree with scribbles: motor first.

Although, if you want to get rid of those wheels when you are done, let me know. I could always use another set of track wheels.

Re: My secret weapon!

Seeing the pic, I know you could lighten the weight, nutrisystems for firebirds or something. And is that a gas fired powertrain? If so, remind me to stay upwind.

I just got back from the Oklahoma/Arkansas area and y'all ought to see the cars they got back there. The pic of Bennie would fit right in with about every fourth driveway
