Need some help on figuring this out... UPDATED PROBLEM

Hey guys, I am trying to figure out a few things here. In the first picture, there is a broken vacuum line near the trans dipstick. Can somebody tell me where this is supposed to run to and if there was a T joint there? Also in that picture is the EGR solenoid and one of the plastic lines is broken there as well. I know where the further one goes to, but not the near one.

In the next picture is a mysterious plug that is very short length and yet I still can't find anything to plug the damn thing in to. It is very dirty and I am wondering if it was never plugged into anything in the first place. Any ideas as to what it is and where it should go?

Any help on this would be much appreciated. Thanks!

The one next to the trans dipstick looks like the one that goes to the heater control that diverts the water to the heater core or bypasses it to the radiator.
The other one in that pic is for the EGR solenoid. One goes to the EGR valve under the plenum, and the other line goes to a spot under the throttle return spring on the throttle body.
The plug in the last pic looks like the one for the MAT sensor under the plenum.

Thanks, I think I have this figured out. Should try and fire her up in the next day or two.

Here is one in the early stages:

Kind of sad to see it under all that crap when it used to look like this:

Today I got the fuel rail and runners in. I pressurized the fuel system and there were no leaks. Tomorrow, unless I get bogged down with work, I should get to fire her up. It has been a long time coming.

Black wrinkle paint. I have pretty much fallen in love with the stuff. I like how it looks and it has been very durable. Parts of my plenum are painted wrinkle black as well with just silver fins. Looks cool I think.

Re: Need some help on figuring this out...

I take it back when I said "think I have this figured out". I thought I did but then I found new vacuum lines that made me realize otherwise. If I post some pictures, I hope that one of you could kindly walk me through this. Also, for the record, I highly dislike vacuum lines.

I will just start from here. I have the brake booster line figured out. That goes into the driver’s side rear of the plenum. I know the FPR plugs into the right side **** on the passenger side rear of the plenum.... I guess I am a little lost after that.

In picture 1 we have the little bastard that ruined my theory on how everything went. Where does this one go to?

In picture 2 we have another little pos. I think one end of this goes into where the arrow is pointing in picture #3. Can someone confirm this and at the same time let me know where the other strange "T" end goes?

In picture 3 the one that is labeled "1" and circled is the same one that broke off near the dipstick in the first set of pictures I showed. The one that is labeled "2" and circled is coming off the bottom line on the EGR solenoid.

I thought that maybe "1" went into the plenum right next to where the FPR plugged into. I also thought that "2" went to the bottom of the TB into a T so that the plug in the first picture could also attach from the other side. If I remember right, there might also be another small vacuum hose on the driver's side that is now laying over the valve cover. I was also thinking that this one might go into the T at the bottom of the TB.

I don't know, I am confused. Can anyone walk me through this or provide me with a good diagram? This is frustrating the hell out of me. All I need is a damn picture or something to help me figure this out.

Thanks.
